This year I am going to focus on the word mindset. I would like to focus on this word because if I could put my mind to something then I could get better at something. If I could put my mind to stuff then it will change how I do I think about stuff as in working hard in school, sports and other things.

My second reason is because if I’m playing sports and I think I am not doing good then I could tell myself that like I got this and I could make a big play. I could also tell myself that I’m good at the game and I got it.

My third reason why is because people can think different about like my style. But I have my different style.

This month I read NEW KiD by JERRY CRAFT. The main character in this book is Jordan banks. Jordans dream is to go to art school but he faces some problems like his parents don’t have enough money to go to private school. So Jordan’s tries thinking positive about what he has so he tries makes new friends at his school. Then he meets this new person who was in one of his classes. He later asked for his name and it is Andy. I like this book because it takes us on Jordan’s journey with him to try to go to art school. And as he makes new friends and gets smarter. My favorite character in the book is Jordan banks. I like Jordan banks because I like to see him play sports and make new friends. I also like to see his academic growth throughout the book. One quote that I liked in the book was “ We didn’t even come close to winning. In fact, we lost 11-1! But my goal was the first one that a fifths team had scored in seven years! And it was the only one that we would score all season.” I liked this quote because he believed in him self and knew that he could do it. He put his mind to it and when he did he scored.

Mrs. Tanikawa is out sick and they have asked me to step in as principal for the day. Is I was principal for the day I would make there be a no homework policy. Next I would make it be free play in PE. Next I would give free pens to everybody in wood shop. Then call up the rock and tell him to come to school and be a student for the day. Then for lunch I would call the forty-niners and the eagles to watch them play on the grass outside. The tickets would cost 5 bucks and I get all the profits. And in math, science and core we would have a movie on and free snacks, candy and food and free seating. Recess and luck times are extended and a no teacher day just students.

One day a chameleon saw a little butterfly with big wings and looked super strong. Then the next day he thought about that butterfly and he said in his head I want to be as strong as that butterfly. Then he went to a nearby plant and grabbed a stick and some leaves and made a bar with weights on them. He trained every day for a week. When he was looking for heavier weights he saw a broken beer bottle and was flexing in the reflection of it in front of the butterfly. But the butterfly wasn’t impressed enough. So he grabbed more weights and trained so hard until he was ripped. He practiced fighting little bugs. Then he started fighting other chameleons that were smaller than him. Then he thought he was ready for the big fight against the giant butterfly. The next day when he woke up the only thing he could think about was the fight that is going to happen. He even thought that there were butterfly’s in his stomach. He started walking around trying to find that big butterfly the in the corner of his eye WOOSH the butterfly flew past him. He quickly ran the the nearest plant. And climbed to the top and flexed in front of it.

This month I read Harry Potter by J . K . Rowling. Harry Potter is the main character in the book. Harry Potter is an eleven year old boy who finds out he is the son of famous wizards. He joins Hogwards and becomes a wizard just like his ancestors. I liked this book because it is a good fantasy book and we get to go on Harry’s journey throughout the book. I also liked this book because it is a very popular book and all my friends liked it. My favorite character from the book is Harry. Harry is my favorite character because he is really the main character but he also has one of the most interesting roles in the book. My favorite quote from the book is “We’re all human, aren’t we? Every human life is worth the same, and worth saving.” This quote is meaningful to me because is says that the richest person in the world is the same as the poorest person in the world worth saving.

I am thankful for many things this year, but here are the three top things. The first thing I am thankful for is my little brother because I wanted a little brother and I got a baby brother that was very playful. I’m also thankful for my little brother because he makes me happy. The second thing I am greatful for is my dad because he helps me a lot. My dad also tell me to go 110 percent and helps me do better. The third thing I am thankful for is my mom. I’m thankful for my mom because she helps me with my homework when I need help with it. She also gets a lot of thing that I want. I’m also thankful for my grandma because she picks me up from school ands is always nice to me and gets me very cool things that I want. Another reason why she is thankful is that she is very funny.

I have not finished this book yet; I am currently on page 120. This month I read a book called gym candy by Carl Deuker. Mike Johnson tries to fulfill his dream by trying to stand out in his practices and his games for Football. Mikes coach is not so happy with him and his dad because Mike Johnson’s dad ran over the coach in college football to which is now on the sports center. Mike starts the season off slow. He does not have that good of players so he gets mad after they lose 15-3. I like gym candy because it show how Mike pushed further and the further he pushed the better he gets and I like that I can learn like Mike did. Another reason why I like the book was because we got to see Mike Johnson’s journey throughout his football career. I think gym candy is outstanding. My favorite quote from the book is “I ended up practicing every single day, just like my dad wanted, but I wasn’t doing it because I thought I had a chance to start. I was doing it because I didn’t know how else to play.” Thins quote is meaningful to me because he didn’t do it because his dad wanted him to he wanted to do it it because he wanted to get better.

I have been granted three wishes. My first wish would be to be the richest person on the planet. I would want to be the richest person on the planet because there is a lot of stuff that I have been wanting for a long time that I never have been able to get because my parents won’t let me. I also want to be the richest person on the planet because I would be more famous and maybe get invited to special events or get into movies. My second wish would be better educational programs for kids to get better learning and have better futures when they are older. Another reason is some kids don’t like doing school but these schools will push them further and get a better future. My third wish would be for there to be Holidays every day. I would want this because I would be more happier in my life and everybody else’s lives. And so we can get stuff of our mind that we don’t want in our mind and to enjoy hanging out with your family while you can. Another reason would be.

I would trade places with Elon Musk for so many reasons. Elon Musk is famous because he made Tesla and space-X. I would want to switch because I have been wanting a super73 for like the past year and my dad wont get me one so if i was the richest person on the planet i would buy hundreds of them. I would also drive free teslas all orotund the world. And i would go to famous and expensive restraunts throughout the day. I would buy the most expensive cars and vehicles as in plains ext. Elon musk is also super famous because he is currently the richest person on the planet. I could also do what ever i was as in going to space or going to mars. Last i would buy front row tickets at the Super Bowl for only fourth-three thousand dollars.
