I didn’t get to my cooking this week because I was busy but now I am thinking of making two meals this week. I studied in how to make the enchiladas and I watched some videos. The only struggle 8 had is that I couldn’t be able to cook because I was busy. I didn’t have any adjustments this week either. I did accomplish making the recipe for the green enchilada sauce and the enchilada its self. I have been really proud of how my cooking has been going for the past four weeks.
